Foyle Cycling Club’s vision is to be the premier cycling club in the north west with an emphasis on inclusivity, fun and a focus on all levels of participation in leisure, racing, sportive, and mountain biking events. The club welcomes women, men, and young people to its ranks.

Club runs are an integral part of our calendar. Runs usually depart Templemore Sports Complex, Buncrana Road, Derry on Saturday and Sunday at 09:00am.
We try to cater for all levels of ability. See CYCLE WITH US below for more details and Like Foyle Cycling for latest club run information.
We have a growing number of women cyclists and encourage them to be involved in all areas of the club.
Where appropriate we provide coaching and group rides for newer women cyclists.
We also organize an annual women’s only cyclo-sportive in aid of the Foyle Hospice.
The Inishowen 100 sportive ( i100 and i60 routes ) is the Club’s blue ribbon event run in August each year.
This event continues to increase in numbers, attracting cyclists wishing to tackle some of the toughest hills in the area. It’s not getting any easier!

Foyle Cycling Club, Club Run. Depending on season / weather, this is between 50 miles and 70 miles.
FCC club members and non-members with Cycling Ireland insurance / licence (please bring your licence with you). Guest cyclists can join us for 3 introductory rides before committing to a Cycling Ireland licence.
Most Saturdays and Sundays at 09:00am.

Please ride a mechanically sound road bike, wear appropriate warm / bright clothing, bring a water bottle, spare tube, tyre levers, a pump and something to eat.
