Foyle Cycling Club’s Inishowen 100 sportive ( i100 and i60 routes ) will take place on

Sunday 20th August 2017.

PRE-REGISTERED ONLY. Closes 13th August 2017.

There will be NO registration on the day of the event.

Sign on from 07:30 to 08:10 to allow for a prompt 08:30 roll-out.

The Inishowen 100 sportive is the Club’s blue ribbon event and continues to increase in numbers, attracting cyclists wishing to tackle some of the toughest hills in Ireland.

The i100 route covers approximately 102 miles and encompasses the beautiful coastline of the Inishowen peninsula and the challenging climbs at Mamore Gap and Kinnego Bay.

Cyclists who feel they are not experienced or fit enough for the i100 can attempt the i60 which covers approximately 64 miles, missing out the more challenging climbs of the i100. We like to think of it as the i100’s little brother!

Entry fee for either is £25 / €30 if received by 31st July 2017. From 1st August to 13th August the cost increases to £30 / €35.

Entry fee includes lunch in Malin (i100 and i60 routes), tea break in Greencastle (i100 route only), T-shirt, free car-parking, changing and shower facilities.

A one day Cycling Ireland license costing £5 / €5 is required by riders not holding a current Cycling Ireland, NICF or CTC license. This can be purchased on the day at the Templemore Sports Complex.

Hard shell helmets MUST be worn by all riders.
