Quick reminder for week 5 spin class Thurs night 730PM with the excellent Stephen Webb at the Old Library Trust Healthy Living Centre. I hope by now all of you are now getting the benefits of these specialised training sessions. Tough as they may be, they are excellent preparation over the winter months for the Spring and Summer ahead of us. Its hard to believe that this is now already week 5 in our eight week programme.Some of you have already been asking me if we could extend the program into March so, we will see what the interest levels are and what can be done over the next few weeks to accomodate the requests.
